Account information: Email address, display name, and password (encrypted).
Profile information: Bio, profile picture, background image, vanity URL, and links you add.
Usage data: Link clicks, page views, and referral sources for analytics.
Payment information: Subscription status is stored; payment details are processed by PayPal and not stored on our servers.
Newsletter subscriptions: Email addresses of visitors who subscribe to creator updates.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide and maintain the Service.
To process subscriptions and tips via PayPal.
To display creator profiles and link analytics.
To send verification emails, tip notifications, and account-related communications.
To improve the Service and user experience.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers hosted by Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. Passwords are encrypted using industry-standard hashing. We implement reasonable security measures to protect your data, but no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

PayPal: For processing subscription payments and tips.
Google Workspace: For sending transactional emails.
Law enforcement: When required by law or to protect our rights.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising purposes.

6. Your Rights

Access and update your personal information from your dashboard.
Export your links and analytics data as CSV.
Delete your account and all associated data at any time from Settings.
Opt out of non-essential communications.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed within 30 days. Backups may retain data for up to 7 additional days.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email.
